Brett is a laboratory technician working in the environmental and water quality lab. He carries out analytical testing of water for research and commercial interest and assists in research and monitoring of catchments throughout the north Queensland area.

Brett has double degree qualifications with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Aquaculture with Honours from the University of Tasmania. Brett’s interests include water quality analyses, instrumentation and research in freshwater/estuarine ichthyology.
